Shipping & Delivery Policy

1. Free Shipping

We offer free shipping on all orders across the UAE. There is no minimum order value and no promo code is required — free delivery is applied automatically at checkout on every single order.

2. Delivery Coverage

At PCPRO we currently deliver to all emirates across the United Arab Emirates, including Dubai, Abu Dhabi, Sharjah, Ajman, Umm Al-Quwain, Ras Al Khaimah, and Fujairah. We also work with leading regional carriers and can arrange shipping to GCC countries on request.

3. Order Processing Time

Orders are generally processed and dispatched within 1–2 business days of purchase confirmation.
Orders placed on weekends or public holidays are processed on the next business day.
Custom-configured systems or pre-order items may take additional time, which we will communicate to you by email.

4. Delivery Times

Dubai & Northern Emirates: typically 1–3 business days after dispatch.
Other UAE locations: typically 2–4 business days after dispatch.
Express delivery of in-stock items can often be arranged within 24 hours for Dubai addresses — please contact us to check availability.

5. Tracking Your Order

Once your order is dispatched, we send a confirmation email containing your tracking number and a link to follow your shipment. You can also track the status of any order anytime from your account under Track Order in the footer, or by contacting our support team.

6. No Delivery Fee

There are no delivery fees and no minimum order amount. Every order qualifies for free shipping across the UAE — the price you see is the price you pay, and delivery is always on us.

7. What Happens If Nobody Is Home?

Our delivery driver will attempt delivery at the address provided at checkout. If no one is available, we will contact you by phone or SMS to reschedule. Please make sure your delivery address and phone number are correct when you place your order.

8. Damaged or Delayed Shipments

If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the damage so we can arrange a replacement or refund. In rare cases of carrier delay, we will keep you informed by email and do everything we can to expedite your delivery.
