We accept Cash on Delivery (COD), cards (Visa, Mastercard) processed securely through our payment gateway Nomod, and popular buy-now-pay-later options including Tabby and Tamara. Online payments are encrypted and processed in compliance with PCI DSS standards — we never store your full card details.
Add the products you want to your cart, then go to checkout. Enter your delivery details, choose a payment method (COD, card, Tabby, or Tamara), and confirm your order. For card payments you will be redirected to our secure payment page to complete the transaction.
Yes. If you have a valid coupon code, you can apply it in the checkout page. The discount will be applied to your order total automatically when a valid code is entered.
Yes — we offer free shipping on all orders across the UAE, with no minimum order value. Your order is delivered to you at no extra cost, anywhere across the Emirates.
Orders are generally dispatched within 1–2 business days. Delivery to Dubai and the Northern Emirates typically takes 1–3 business days after dispatch, and 2–4 business days elsewhere in the UAE.
Once your order is dispatched, we email you a tracking number and link. You can also track your order anytime from the Track Order link on our website, or contact our support team with your order number.
We currently deliver across all emirates in the UAE. We can also arrange shipping to GCC countries on request — please contact us for a quote.
Yes. You can return most products within 7 days of delivery, provided the item is unused and in its original packaging.
After we receive and inspect your returned item (2–3 business days), refunds are initiated within 5–7 business days. Depending on your payment method, it may take 3–10 business days to appear in your account.
