How PCPRO's 7-day return policy works, what 'eligible condition' means, and how your refund gets processed.
The 7-day window
At PCPRO we make returns simple: most products can be returned within 7 days of delivery. To stay eligible, the item should be unused, in its original packaging, and in the same condition you received it.
What can't be returned
A few categories cannot be returned: open-box laptops, desktops and monitors; software and digital downloads; components with missing serial numbers; and products that have been damaged by misuse. Check our full Refund & Return Policy for the complete list.
How a return works
Contact our support team within 7 days of delivery with your order number, email to support@pcpro.ae. We'll confirm your return and prepare the exchange. After we receive and inspect the item in 2–3 business days, refunds are initiated within 5–7 business days.
How refunds are issued
Card payments are refunded to the original card through our payment gateway Nomod; if the original method can't be refunded, we arrange a bank transfer. Depending on your bank, the refund shows in 3–10 business days.
